business designed to help Corporate leaders and employees build an
organizational culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Shami is Certified with Coach Training Alliance (an International Coach
Federation accredited program). Other credentials include Change Management
Certification (ADKAR), Certified Public Accountant, and a BS in Accounting from
Babson College.
