Jocelyn Stahl is Vice President, Supply Chain, Salty Snacks for The Hershey Company. In this role, Jocelyn leads the end to end Supply Chain with a focus on transformation, S&OP optimization, continuous improvement, innovation commercialization, transportation and logistics, procurement, R&D, and quality. Previously, Jocelyn was the Senior Director where she led Hershey’s external manufacturing team delivering best in service, quality improvements, continuous improvement, talent development and progressed the relationships with Hershey’s top, strategic partners. Jocelyn has over 20 years of supply chain and procurement leadership experience across multiple industries. She has held a variety of roles in Procurement and Supply Chain, including Director, Indirect Procurement where she led a P2P transformation as well as a Marketing Procurement transformation. Jocelyn joined Hershey from Johnson and Johnson where for more than a decade, Jocelyn worked in a manufacturing operation. Jocelyn has a B.S. in Chemistry from Villanova. Jocelyn serves on ISM's Thought Leadership Council.
