Managing a team of 50+ buyers and HUB Managers across US, Canada, and México, responsible for purchasing activities across all ADM complex business units, Nutrition, Agri Services, Oilseeds, Carbohydrate Solutions, and Corporate. The Site Purchasing team ensuring Business Continuity for critical categories, partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers as well as with Global Procurement Category Management to maximize contracts value and supplier performance. The Site Purchasing is also part of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence where we are transforming our technology by combining experience and best practices, leveraging people, processes, and tools. I have 15 years of Procurement experience and I handle 4 languages, been in ADM for 10 years where I started as a Chemical and Logistics Purchasing Specialist for Paraguay and Brazil, then moved to the Site Purchasing Manager for LATAM, and recently move to our Headquarters in Decatur, Illinois to lead the North America Site Purchasing team.
