Corporate Vice President, Global Procurement & Supply Chain Fortive
Bob Mahlik is the Corporate Vice President, Global Procurement and Supply Chain for Fortive Corporation. Fortive is a Fortune 500, global diversified industrial growth and technology company with a market capitalization of $25B+. Fortive is comprised of 20+ operating entities with annual revenue of ~$6B+ and principally operates in three segments: Intelligent Operating Solutions, Precision Technologies, and Advanced Healthcare Solutions. Its well-known global brands include Fluke, Tektronix, Industrial Scientific, Advanced Sterilization Products, Qualitrol, and Accruent among other notable operating companies. In his current position, in center-led capacity, Bob is responsible for all spend categories for the company. He oversees the development and deployment of rules, tools, processes, and playbooks used across the enterprise for effective management of strategic sourcing, supply base management, supplier risk management, procurement systems and data warehouse management, supplier quality management, value engineering, new product launch processes, contracting, logistics and broader supply chain management. Prior to joining Fortive, and beginning in 2002, Bob progressed through several executive supply chain positions within Danaher holding a similar position of responsibility from 2011 to 2016, as their Vice President, Global Procurement for the then $21B revenue company. Mahlik holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Arizona State University in Purchasing Materials and Manufacturing Operations Management. He also holds certification for International business from ASU and executive education from Dartmouth.
