Angela is a Principal at the Forefront Group, co-leading the Sourcing and Capability Development practice. She has 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with a proven track record in category strategy development, collaborative business process redesign, supplier identification and assessment, total cost analysis, and the development of Procurement policies and Knowledge Development programs to optimize organization value. She has developed supply strategies for a range of product and service groups, and held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Yum! Brands, EDS, and FedEx (Kinko’s) Office. Angela has developed and delivered Training modules for several procurement organizations representing multiple industries, and coached several clients through sourcing strategy implementation programs.
