Luis J Concepcion (CPSM, CPSD) is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Global Procurement Category Manager for Facility, Construction, and Maintenance Services at DuPont. In his current role as Global Category Manager, Luis is accountable for the development and execution of global category strategies in Construction, Maintenance, and Facility Services. He plays a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding a team of Program Managers, Sub-Category Managers, and Buyers within the Facility Services Category Tower. By collaborating with business and functional leaders, Luis establishes and executes procurement and value creation strategies. His scope of spend activity includes the procurement of Contracted Services that support DuPont in its science and innovation mission.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Luis is deeply passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in procurement. He strives to attract, develop, and retain a robust list of qualified diverse suppliers across his buying space.
