Susanna Zhu leads the supply chain operations and commercialization team at Bath & Body Works. In this role, she is responsible to deliver seasonal and core innovation and deliver world class product supply across the home fragrance and total body care portfolios. She joined Bath & Body Works in February 2022.

Zhu has more than 20 years of supply management leadership experience across multiple industries. Prior to Bath & Body Works, she was vice president manufacturing and supply chain leading the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations, and CPO for The Hershey Company. Earlier in her career, Zhu held positions of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo and United Technologies Corporation.

Zhu has a bachelor’s degree in international finance from Shandong Institute of Economics in China and an MBA from the University of San Diego. She is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
