Jim Fleming, Program Manager at Institute for Supply Management
Jim is a Program Manager of Learning Solutions at the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) and spent over 30 years working for the Intel Corporation. His career at Intel consisted of various management roles in process engineering, organization development and supply chain management. Jim led global supply management initiatives including business intelligence transformation, cycle time improvement, cost reduction and leadership development. He retired from Intel in 2014 and pursued his passion for education by joining ISM.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Montana State University and executive education certificates from the Teachers College, Columbia University. He was a corporate liaison officer at the Society for Organizational Learning with Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jim’s current focus at ISM is development of training solutions and instructing supply management courses aligned to the Mastery ModelTM and CPSM® certification
