Michael is currently serving as Vice President of Business Architecture and Value Engineering with Infor, a disruptive technology arm of Koch Industries. In this role, Michael partners with key executives in various industries to develop business strategies focused on outcomes that yield business value by leveraging technology and process standardization. He partners with the C-Suite to devise holistic solutions that address multiple business areas and to resolve persistent challenges. His innovative strategies developed in collaboration with corporate executives has ushered corporations into the digital age, accelerated and improved process, saved millions of dollars, strengthened regulatory compliance and much more.

Prior to joining Koch Industries / Infor, Michael served as Global Chief Operating Officer for a manufacturing company where he was responsible for overall business results across 12 countries. As part of this role, he standardized business process and systems by consolidating multiple ERPs into a single instance and improving the overall customer experience through improved interfaces, communication, and product delivery. Additionally, Michael has served a CIO and VP of Finance across various companies including partnerships with Private Equity firms to build operational excellence and improved EBITDA results.

Michael holds a degree in French Literature from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Hartford.
