Kyle McCloskey is a co-founder and talent delivery leader at Mc3 Partners, a recruiting and workforce solutions firm supporting government contractors and commercial organizations. Kyle brings extensive experience leading full lifecycle recruiting engagements, RPO programs, and strategic hiring initiatives for organizations operating in highly regulated and fast-moving environments.

Known for a consultative approach and strong discretion, Kyle partners closely with executives, HR leaders, and program teams to design recruiting strategies aligned with growth objectives and operational realities. Experience spans cleared and non-cleared hiring, workforce planning, talent advisory, and the development of scalable recruiting processes built to support both immediate needs and long-term success.

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University. Outside of professional life, Kyle enjoys spending time with family, staying active, golfing, supporting youth initiatives, and visiting the beach whenever possible.
