ISM-New Jersey: SRM & Stakeholder Engagement: Turning Procurement into a Strategic Advantage

In this session, Graham Crawshaw, Procurement Content Director at CASME, cuts through the noise to expose why most SRM and stakeholder engagement efforts underdeliver, and what top-performing procurement teams are doing differently.

This is not theory. It is a practical look at how to shift from cost-focused, transactional activity to genuine business impact, driving value through stronger supplier partnerships, smarter stakeholder engagement, and better alignment with business priorities.

Learn How To

·         Move beyond savings and unlock real commercial value

·         Get stakeholders actively engaging with procurement, not bypassing it

·         Turn SRM into a source of innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage

If you want procurement to have a stronger voice, greater influence, and a clearer seat at the table, this session will give you the thinking and tools to make it happen.
