With over 25 years in corporate procurement and major achievements at leading companies, Drew is passionate about helping manufacturers deliver world-class procurement.

Drew worked for Ford Motor Company as a Buyer up to Purchasing Director. He achieved stretch objectives leading Ford’s first Strategic Commodity Team and Global Council for Brakes and large procurement and program purchasing teams leveraging strategies and negotiations for Ford NA & EU, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo. He then worked for leading suppliers TI Automotive and ZF Group as a Global Purchasing Director with big teams in NA, EU, AP, and SA. He fostered great teamwork and implemented overall procurement strategy, procedures, commodity strategies, sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and scorecards for strong value.

Since 2020, Drew has been Principal Consultant at DS Group Advisors LLC, leading procurement and sourcing engagements to help manufacturers elevate supply chain and financial performance, through solving tough supply, quality and cost challenges. Drew was Chair of MEMA’s CPO Council and is a member of Wayne State University’s SCM Advisory Board and Arkestro’s Executive Advisory Board. He speaks at conferences and training programs (WSU, AIAG, MEMA, ISM, ISPE).

Drew and his wife live in Grosse Pointe and have three sons and a dog. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacations, racquetball, jet skiing, movies and Reading.
