Alan Behling is an experienced professional in sourcing and management with a strong background in engineering and lean methodologies. Alan began a career at Ingersoll Rand as a Lean Six Sigma engineer and shop supervisor after completing a leadership development program, where extensive kaizen events and project management led to significant improvements in savings, waste reduction, quality, and safety. Following this, Alan worked at Altec as a materials manager overseeing various aspects of purchasing, inventory, and financial reviews. Later roles included serving as a sourcing manager at JLL, managing facilities contracts, and currently holding the position of sourcing manager at Cummins Inc.
