Rudy is an accomplished Supply Management executive with extensive experience building and leading high-performing sourcing and procurement organizations. He has a proven track record of driving operational and financial results through strategic planning, organizational leadership, and effective change management.

Throughout his career, Rudy has led procurement transformations across both public and private sector organizations, developing long-term sourcing strategies while ensuring strong day-to-day purchasing operations. He is skilled in managing departments and budgets, guiding and developing staff, and building consensus among executive leadership, colleagues, and key stakeholders.

Rudy brings deep expertise in supplier relationship management, performance oversight, and the development of operational and decision-support systems. He consistently champions continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.
