Megan Hays has been with the Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®) since 2018, holding multiple roles during her tenure. She began as a Member Services Specialist and now serves as Manager, Member Experience. In this role, Megan oversees Member Services and leads initiatives to enhance the customer experience. She works cross-functionally with departments including Certification, Education, and Corporate Services, and also supports ISM’s local chapter network.

Megan brings extensive knowledge of ISM’s offerings and operational processes. She also enjoys hosting ISM employee engagement activities.

An Arizona native, Megan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University. She enjoys spending her free time crafting and watching Star Trek.
