Janice moved into Procurement from Engineering in 2010 at Vermeer Corporation. After moving to Berkshire Hathaway Energy in 2013, she worked her way from the procurement front lines to becoming their first VP of Supply Chain in 2020 over a team of 150 supply chain professionals in five different US

subsidiaries. She started doing e-auctions in 2015 and by 2018 her team of 2.5 was running 2,000 auctions annually. Janice founded Passwall Solutions in 2023, where she focuses on solving supply chain problems and helping supply chain teams create and capture value. Passwall Solutions has helped multiple clients elevate their procurement teams from simply cutting POs to truly strategic sourcing and has guided multi-billion-dollar e-auction program implementations.
