Michael Caceci is the founder and owner of Excellerated Performance, LLC, a consulting and professional development services firm based in Pittsford, New York.
Mike brings extensive experience to every client engagement. Areas of expertise include sales, sales management, marketing, business operations, strategic planning, leadership, and organizational change. When clients work with Mike, they gain the value of working with someone who:
· Met the challenge of leading teams in a highly competitive industry, consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar sales revenue and profit goals.
· Successfully developed and launched marketing programs for Xerox Corporation, including an industry-first total satisfaction guarantee covering high-value business services that doubled new business orders in the first 120 days after launch.
· Led project teams for two Xerox business units that applied and won both the USA’s Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Canada’s National Quality Institute Award for Excellence.
· Has helped over 75 organizations in business, non-profit, and government sectors create actionable strategic plans; develop better leaders and achieve their goals.
Mike holds a BA in psychology and an MBA in marketing management. Mike is currently a Senior Lecturer of Marketing at RIT Saunders College of Business, where he teaches a range of courses, including Marketing Principles, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Professional Selling.
Mike is a member and past board chair for the Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC). He currently serves as a reviewer/judge for GRQC’s Performance Excellence Awards. Mike is also a member of the Rochester Rotary, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and a past board member of the Small Business Council of Rochester.
