Ana Paula is a sourcing and procurement operations executive known for leading global and domestic organizations to growth, efficiency, and new capabilities. A specialist in transformation, technology deployment, service outsourcing, and risk mitigation, she advises CxOs and boards and applies data and technology to drive compliant, scalable practices across highly regulated sectors, including agro-industrial, banking, and aerospace.
She is the Founder and CEO of ReSource Partners LLC, a procurement and sourcing consultancy focused on third-party spend value. The firm delivers strategies for cost optimization, technology enablement, processes, contract negotiation, and risk management for clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Private Equity. Ana Paula is also a sought-after speaker and subject-matter expert for global procurement and change-management forums.
Previously, Ana Paula held various senior executive roles with Huntington National Bank, Cargill, and Alcoa in Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Engineering.
Ana Paula holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Midwestern State University, plus executive education at Harvard Business School. She has served on ISM Board Committees and was the Board Chair of the YMCA Camp Ihduhapi. In her free time, Ana Paula enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and cycling.
