Michael J. Urick is Dean and Professor of Management and Operational Excellence at the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. He received his PhD from the University of Cincinnati; his MBA and MS from Duquesne University; and his BS from St. Vincent College.

Michael has taught a variety of courses at the graduate and undergraduate level including: Organizational Behavior; Introduction to Management; Organizational Culture; Communication, Conflict & Diversity; Operations Management; Supply Chain Management; Research Methods; Human Resource Management; and Leadership.
