Ms. Donna Fujimoto Cole founded Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc., in 1980 after working the in chemical industry for 4 years at the request of her customers.  She is the daughter of George K. Fujimoto a 442nd Service Company veteran of WWII and Mary Masunaga Fujimoto.

Ms. Cole has started, sold, invested and divested many types of businesses; from civil construction, to drilling loss circulation materials, chemical manufacturing, real estate, promotional advertising, distribution, warehousing, blending and packaging, to provide financing alternatives, back-office support and IT integration with supply chain management services.

In 2022, Ms. Cole sold a 40 percent interest in Cole Chemical to Berryman Smith, LLC., to provide additional products and toll manufacturing services with 500+ tank cars and 7 terminals with warehouses nationally.  

Donna Cole has been on many boards: Japan America Society U.S.-Japan Council, Center for Asian Pacific American Women, Houston Forensic Science, Houston Minority Business Council, Women Business Enterprise Alliance, several Advisory boards The Women’s Home, National Veterans Network and a trustee for Amos Tuck School of Business, The Rockwell Fund, National Veterans Network and the City of Houston’s Asian Advisory Board, and .  She served on President George H Bush’s export council.  

Autumn 2021 Ms. Cole received the Japanese Imperial Decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays for her contribution to promote regional exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.

She has participated in the following leadership programs:  APAWLI , Jewish American Committee Asian Delegation to Israel, U.S.-Japan Council’s Japanese American Leadership delegation to Japan, and The American Leadership Forum.

Her philanthropy includes business, mentoring, education, health care, stem, and anti-hate.

Donna’s latest interest is telling stories about strong women and supportive men to inspire and motive millions of women to take care of themselves, their families and improve their communities through Film, Plays and Musicals.

Ms. Cole attended University of Texas - Pan American and graduated from Manpower Business Training Institute in Computer Operations and Programming in1972.

She is a golfer, loves to grow herbs, a great home cook and shares with friends and travels.

 

Marianita Paddock Snodgrass, ACC, is a leadership coach, facilitator, and storyteller who helps individuals and teams lead with purpose, clarity, and connection. With a career spanning journalism, public relations, nonprofit leadership, and the hospitality industry, she brings a dynamic perspective on how stories shape identity—and how identity shapes leadership.

Earlier in her career, Marianita advanced Houston’s global profile as Manager and Interim Director of Public Affairs at the Houston Hospitality Alliance, where she led high-profile marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and business development projects. She later served in nonprofit leadership, including as Development and Capital Campaign Director for Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council and in leadership roles at Saint Agnes Academy, orchestrating multi-million-dollar campaigns and managing staff and volunteers.

Since 2009, Marianita has focused on coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. An International Coaching Federation–accredited coach with certifications in CliftonStrengths, emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), and leadership development through Rice University’s Doerr Institute for New Leaders, she also serves as an Instructor for Rice University’s Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership. She has facilitated strategic board retreats and designed interactive workshops for organizations such as Wells Fargo, Holocaust Museum Houston, University of Houston, and United Way of Greater Houston.

Known for her engaging, interactive style, Marianita equips leaders navigating complex teams and fast-paced environments with strategies to unlock their own potential, leverage team strengths, improve collaboration, and achieve measurable results—giving participants a real taste of the tools she brings to corporate trainings that transform leadership, engagement, and team performance.
