Ann Ackerson, MBA, a member of Institute for Supply Management®’s (ISM®) Thought Leadership Council, is retiring in January after a four-decade career in which she helped shape supply chains for companies in nine industries. She has spent her last five years at BAE Systems, first as CPO, and since March, as chief supply chain officer.
