‘Wait Mentality’ on Hiring Doesn’t Apply to Supply Chain

From a macro point of view, companies started the year with cautious excitement and optimism. Now, however, “employers are being really strategic about hiring, and workers are staying put rather than jumping or taking new roles,” says Isaac Hagen, senior vice president of emerging verticals with ManpowerGroup, a global workforce solutions company. “We’re definitely seeing a great ‘wait mentality’ in the market.”
