About the Speaker
Bruce Izard is a senior procurement, operations, and compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide procurement, regulatory compliance, and strategic sourcing across public transportation, financial services, and manufacturing organizations.
His experience includes RFPs, bids, negotiations, supplier partnerships, and project management across product development, construction, IT, and banking.
Bruce is a former board member of ISM–Western New York and PMI–Buffalo. A University at Buffalo alumnus, he earned his BS in 1994 and MBA in 2002. He also holds a BA and certificates from Canisius University and Cornell University.
