Shawn is a highly respected and sought-after expert in Sourcing and Supply Chain management, bringing over 27 years of global experience in procurement, logistics, and supplier quality.

Shawn began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, where he attained the rank of Major before receiving an honorable discharge. In 1998, he transitioned to the corporate world, joining GE Appliances. His 20-year career at GE culminated in the position of Vice President of Sourcing, where he managed more than $6 billion in global annual spend across 300 suppliers.

Today, as a Senior Instructor at RED BEAR Negotiation Company, Shawn delivers negotiation training to Fortune 500 companies and numerous smaller public and private organizations. In addition to his role at RED BEAR, he leads the Supply Chain Solutions division at MKS Global.
