Throughout her career, Sofia has led change management initiatives for global projects involving SAP, S/4HANA, Workday, and ServiceNow implementations, as well as HR transformations. She has successfully managed change efforts for SAP PLM implementations across multiple locations in Europe and Oracle PLM implementations in Latin America. Her work includes overseeing all change management activities, developing comprehensive communication strategies, and ensuring organizational readiness. Sofia’s leadership has been pivotal in harmonizing HR processes across 42 countries for major clients, contributing to process optimization and standardization efforts.

Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication and is certified in Prosci Change Management and Agile Change Management. ·                Agile Change Approach.  Explore the principles of the agile methodology and its relevance to change management.  Recognize the benefits of an agile approach in navigating the ever-changing landscape of global procurement.

·                Defining Communication Strategy & Plan.  Develop a robust communication strategy customized for global procurement teams and their stakeholders.  Create a communication plan that considers diverse communication needs across different regions, fostering effective information flow.

·                Defining Training Strategy & Plan.  Outline a training strategy aligned with the specific skills required for successful change. Develop a training plan that addresses the dispersed nature of the procurement team and impacted stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive skill development.

·                Defining Engagement Strategy & Plan.  Identify and implement strategies to engage and involve global procurement team and impacted stakeholders members in the change process.  Develop an engagement plan that encourages collaboration, commitment, and active participation of influencers across the organization.

Cancellations Virtual Learning: Cancellations more than 5 weeks before the date of the course will incur an administrative charge of 50 percent. Cancellation within 5 weeks of the date of the event will be charged the full fee. You must notify ISM in writing of a cancellation.
