Description

Good procurement leaders know the work goes beyond contracts and cost savings. It’s about earning trust across the business and building supplier relationships that can hold up under pressure. In this session, we’ll talk about how to create alignment with internal teams, work through competing priorities, and engage suppliers in ways that lead to real results. If you're trying to lead better projects, build influence, or make sourcing more strategic, it starts with how you build relationships—and who you build them with.
