Personal Resiliency Is Important, Too

Supply chain professionals have renewed relevancy across the world, though associated pressures can compromise personal resiliency — and with it, the wherewithal to perform on the job. According to a study from San Francisco-based field operations platform Zipline, 40 percent of retail associates report worsening mental health, while only  48 percent believe their manager cares about their mental well-being.
