Organizational Capability Assessments
Using the organization maturity assessment, supply management leaders, employees and stakeholders can assess the overall maturity level of the supply management organization with an emphasis on data and analytics. These capabilities are aligned to a maturity model that has been developed by ISM and supply management subject matter experts from multiple industries. This assessment measures nine competencies and 30 sub-competencies.
