Who's who in up-and-coming supply management talent? To find out, one only need take a look at the newly announced list of 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Stars. This year's list was released on February 29 by ThomasNet and Institute for Supply Management®, recognizing some of today's top supply management talent. Founded in 2014, the list is compiled annually to call attention to the achievements of supply management professionals under the age of 30 who are making positive impacts on the profession.

Topping the 2016 list is Amy Georgi, supply chain program manager for acquisitions and integrations at Fluke Corporation. Georgi, pictured here on the left, has been named the Megawatt Star for her dedication to collaboration, training and mentoring. She serves as the face of Fluke's supply chain organization during corporate acquisitions and works closely with supply chain personnel and suppliers to align everyone with Fluke's processes, key metrics and more. Georgi was nominated by Jami Bliss from Teva Pharmaceuticals, who mentored Georgi through the R. Gene Richter Scholarship Program when Georgi was a student at Arizona State University. "Amy has developed a keen ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and cross-functional partners," says Bliss in the upcoming March 2016 issue of Inside Supply Management®. "Ultimately, the work we do is done through relationships, and Amy is exceptional at developing and leveraging relationships."
