Join the Women’s Supply Management Community, supported in partnership by ISM® and Power Your Impact, for an extensive and interactive session focused on challenges and opportunities for women in the profession based on our community’s research. Through a brief presentation, diverse panel discussion from female leaders in the profession, and roundtable networking discussions, attendees will walk away with a better understanding of the unique challenges ahead and ways to address them.

You’ll hear personal stories from leaders in supply management and be able to network with other women in the profession, as well as male advocates and colleagues. The session will include a discussion and feature tangible takeaways for attendees to use as part of their personal action plan.
