To increase supply chain inclusion and further the overall impact of diversity, equity and inclusion, MGM Resorts created a cross-function supplier inclusion task force with the goal of identifying and removing barriers within processes, policies and supplier engagement. The results exceeded expectations and reinforced a commitment to inclusion that remains central to the company’s values and overarching ESG strategy.
