Women’s Supply Management Community: Identify and Extinguish Burnout

For the Women’s Supply Management Community, this panel discussion will be an open conversation with a diverse group of leaders regarding a topic all can relate to in some respect - burnout. Supply chain professionals have faced significant challenges and disruptions in recent years, with high demands on their time. In times of high stress, it’s important to have real strategies to help identify and mitigate burnout and find balance.

Panelists will share their experiences, perspectives and advice for handling and overcoming burnout personally and professionally. ISM membership is not required to attend – all are welcome.
