His focus includes sales and operations planning, strategic sourcing, process improvement, and sales and customer service management. Rich teaches operations and supply chain management, strategy and policy, small business management, leadership, marketing, negotiation, and managerial economics at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and writes and speaks extensively on issues impacting the global supply chain. Weissman earned an MS in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Cancellations Virtual Learning: Cancellations more than 5 weeks before the date of the course will incur an administrative charge of 50 percent. Cancellation within 5 weeks of the date of the event will be charged the full fee. You must notify ISM in writing of a cancellation.
