TONY FOGEL, President & Co-Founder at Tri-Search
Tony began his relationship with Tri-Search as a client. At a subsequent CHRO role that coincided with the launch of Tri-Search, he partnered with founder and CEO Bob Aylsworth to design a new type of recruiting model, ultimately called Customized Project Recruitment (CPR). CPR was a huge success for Tony’s organization and adopted by many other companies. Tony later joined the Tri-Search board, and in January 2020, stepped into a co-founder and president role for Tri-Search. Tony has over 30 years of progressive HR and talent acquisition experience. He spent his first decade moving up the ranks at PepsiCo before transitioning to Morgan Stanley where he led global technical recruiting and later Lehman Brothers where he became a managing director. Post Lehman Brothers, Tony has been the CHRO of two public companies (NYSE: LVLT, CBR) and several private equity backed organizations. While at Ciber, an IT staffing organization, he held P&L responsibility where he led the IT staffing organization that placed billable IT consultants. As president, Tony is responsible for ensuring Tri-Search is continuously improving and is at the forefront of talent acquisition technology, process, and client satisfaction.
ERIN ELLIS, Managing Partner HR Consulting & Career Coaching at Tri-Search
Erin is an experienced executive with a diverse background in human resources. Throughout her career, she has served hundreds of internal clients, leading with a personal brand of being a trusted adviser. She brings her passion for client partnership to every engagement at Tri-Search. Erin has practiced human resources for over 20 years in financial services, healthcare, power and service/automotive sectors with General Electric Company and Hertz Corporation. Her background has breadth with demonstrated success in generalist and specialist roles. Erin's career has focused on client partnership, leader assessment and coaching, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, HR compliance and process improvement. She is a certified practitioner for the Birkman Method.
TONY GILLIARD, Managing Director Diversity and Inclusion Practice & Career Coaching at Tri-Search
Tony is a human resource executive turned consultant with extensive experience in Fortune 100 companies to include Pepsi Cola, GE (NBC Entertainment), Dell and Disney. Beginning his career in training and development with the Zale Jewelry Corporation, he has held increasingly more responsible HR management roles with various organizations. Tony leads Tri-Search’s diversity practice as a managing director and is responsible for strategic efforts to broaden talent in a significantly more diverse marketplace. The expertise that Tony brings also allows Tri-Search to support clients in the area of D&I strategy and development on an as-needed basis.
