Jim Fleming is a Program Manager of Learning Solutions at the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) and spent over 30 years working for the Intel Corporation. His career at Intel consisted of various management roles in process engineering, organization development and supply chain management. Jim led global supply management initiatives including business intelligence transformation, cycle time improvement, cost reduction and leadership development. He retired from Intel in 2014 and pursued his passion for education by joining ISM.
