Matt is a supply chain leader with experience in procurement category management, project & program management, productivity initiatives, change management, total cost of ownership modeling, and talent development. He has a passion for finding efficiencies and working cross functionality to increase supply chain productivity. In his current role, he has responsibility for the non-food procurement buy for all restaurants, which includes furniture, fixtures, equipment, smallwares, packaging, uniforms, and restaurant services, among other areas. Prior to joining P.F. Chang’s in August of 2016, Matt spent 8+ years with Conagra Brands, Inc. During his time at Conagra, Matt had various roles in food commodity & packaging category management, demand driven supply chain / supplier collaboration implementation, and automated material forecasting projects.
